Job Information

  • Shall identify & validate client’s business needs & requirements. Document current business processes, business flows & propose business processes.
  • Analyzing the existing code in Oracle PL/SQL. Clarify business needs & translating them into application & operational requirements.
  • Anaging the deliverables thru the entire life cycle of the project.
  • Understand Client business goals and needs
  • Scope, define and design business solutions, including the use of technology to support business solutions
  • Evaluate the proscons of multiple solution options
  • Elicit, analyze, synthesize, and document business requirements
  • Support successful delivery through the solution life cycle, including business case creation, planning, collaboration with IT, development, testing, deployment, with iterative refinements and enhancements
  • Collaborate with business owners to identify business process improvement opportunities


  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong documentation skills to describe existing metrics (processes) and propose changes to data process flow
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Business Intelligence (BI), analysis, and reporting tools such as – Microsoft Excel (advanced), SQL, Tableau etc.,
  • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-through is essential
  • Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, as outlined
  • Extensive experience and working knowledge of computers, especially in data extract/reporting software
